Peaches and Cream Pie

Ingredients
    1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
    1/2 cup sugar, plus 1 tablespoon
    1/4 cup flour 1 cup whipping cream (not whipped) 1/4 teaspoon salt
    6 medium peaches, peeled and sliced
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    butter
    cinnamon

Directions
    Mix together sugar, flour, whipping cream, salt and lemon juice. Stir peaches into mix. Pour into pie shell. Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then for 60 minutes at 300 degrees, or until firm. Chill and serve.
