Strawberry Jello

Ingredients
    2 packets of strawberry Jello
    4 cups of sliced strawberries
    Lrg. can of chunked pineapple
    Med. container of sour cream
    
    

Directions
    Mix and cook first paket of Jello as instructed. Let cool and ad 2 cups of sliced strawberries and 1.5 cups of drained pineapple chunks
    
    Pour into glass 9x13" baking dish
    
    Place in Refrigerator to set as instructed on jello packet
    
    Once cooled, coat evenly with sour cream. (About 1/4" deep is my preference)
    
    
    Mix and cook second paket of Jello as instructed. Let cool and ad 2 cups of sliced strawberries and 1.5 cups of drained pineapple chunks.
    Pour very gently on to top of sour cream layer being sure to hold back fruit pieces that might damage the sour cream layer (place them in after jello is poured)
    Place in Refrigerator to set as instructed on jello packet
    Feeds 25 to 30
