CORN BREAD
Ingredients
2 cups corn meal 1 1/2 cups flour 1/2 cup sugar 2 T. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 1/3 cups milk 2/3 cup oil 2 eggs
Directions
Stir all together. Spray 9x13 with cooking spray. Bake: 375 degrees - 30 minutes or 400 degrees - 25 minutes Variation: Add - 1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained 2 cups shredded cheese Bake as above. |
