Swedish Pancakes
Ingredients
3 eggs 1 3/4 cups milk 1 cup flour 1 tsp. salt 2 T. sugar 1 T. oil
Directions
In a blender mix eggs & milk. Add other ingredients & blend until smooth, much like a crepe batter. Cook on a lightly greased griddle. Swedish pancakes should be very thin & delicate. |
