Rock Cornish Hens, Stuffed

Ingredients
    1/2 C. chopped onion
    1/2 C. chopped celery
    4 Cornish Hens
    Rubbed Sage
    Garlic Salt
    Pepper
    4 T. butter
    1 box wild rice - Cooked as directed

Directions
    Boil onion and celery until almost tender. Season inside and outside of each bird with sage, garlic salt and pepper. Combine onions, celery, butter and rice. Stuff each bird with one-fourth of mixture. Place hens in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes; basting occasionally.
    Note: 1 box rice stuffs 5 hens.
