Peach Salsa

Ingredients
    4 diced peaches
    4 diced roma tomatoes
    2 tablespoons diced red onion
    1 finely diced Thai hot pepper
    2 finely diced garlic cloves
    1 finely diced shallot
    1 lime, juiced
    1 tablespoon diced fresh cilantro
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions
    Toss all together and serve.
